This policy explains how data is handled on www.kkaa991.com and in the personal assistant app NAURA, operated by Abdulmohsen Alrashidi – Smart Home.

Who we are

Website visitors

• The website is static: no sign-in, no forms that store your data, no cookies, no tracking or advertising tools.
• The "Message us" button opens WhatsApp directly; messages you send there are subject to WhatsApp's policies.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to secure and operate the site, under its own policy.

The NAURA app and Google user data

NAURA is a private personal assistant. The account owner connects it to their Google account themselves, with explicit consent, and can disconnect it at any time. NAURA requests only these scopes:

• Gmail read (gmail.readonly): to show new unread messages (sender, subject, a short snippet) and to read the message you ask to reply to.
• Gmail send (gmail.send): to send a reply that you wrote or approved. No email is ever sent without your explicit approval.
• Google Calendar events (calendar.events): to show your upcoming events and to add an event when you ask.

How the data is used

• Google user data is used only to provide these features: showing messages and events, drafting a reply, sending it after your approval, and adding events.
• When you ask for a reply draft, an excerpt of the original message (at most 1,000 characters) and your instructions are sent to an AI service (Groq) or to a model running locally on our server, solely to write that draft.
• We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties, except as described above for drafting or when required by law.
• We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.

Storage and security

• The Google connection token (OAuth token) is stored on a private, access-restricted server operated by the app owner.
• Email and calendar content is not stored; it is read on request and shown only to you.
• Reply drafts are kept in a local database until you approve or reject them.
• Connections to Google services are encrypted (HTTPS).

Your choices and disconnecting

• You can revoke NAURA's access at any time: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
• You can request deletion of the stored token and drafts by emailing the address above; we act on requests within 30 days.

Children

The website and the app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the new date will be shown at the top of this page.
